What is the revenue-share model?

On top of your package we layer a small revenue share — 2% on Launch, 4% on Growth, 7% on Scale Partner. It means we only earn more when your store earns more, so our incentives stay aligned with your growth instead of a flat fee. Exact terms are confirmed on your discovery call.

How long does it take to launch?

A Launch build typically goes live in 2–4 weeks once we have your products, brand assets and content. Larger Growth and Scale builds take longer because of custom design and integrations. You'll get a clear timeline in your Launch Action Plan so there are no surprises.

Can I upgrade tiers later?

Absolutely — that's the whole idea. Launch, Growth and Scale Partner are stages of one relationship. Move up whenever you're ready and we carry all your context forward. No re-onboarding, no starting over with a brand-new agency.

Do you handle ad spend?

We set up, manage and optimize your Meta, Google and Shopping campaigns. The advertising budget itself — the money paid to the ad platforms — is billed separately and is not included in package pricing, so you stay in full control of how much you invest.

What if I already have a Shopify store?

Perfect — many of our clients come to us with an existing store. We start with an audit, keep what's working and rebuild what isn't. The Growth and Scale Partner tiers are designed specifically for existing stores that need to convert better and scale.

What's required from me as the client?
